What is your policy on returns and replacements for damaged or incorrect orders?

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and replacement policy for damaged or incorrect orders.

If your order arrives damaged or with a different design than what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will require proof of the damage or incorrect design, such as photos, before processing your return.

Once we have received and verified your claim, we will replace your product free of charge. We will make every effort to process your replacement as quickly as possible

How long does delivery usually take for orders within Karachi, and is the delivery time different for orders outside of Karachi?

We offer delivery within Pakistan only, with a delivery time of 4 days in Karachi and 7 days outside Karachi. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified timeframe.
